What does the Raixer device subscription include?

Your device subscription includes:

  1. A phone number associated with each door you connect Raixer devices to.
  2. A 3G data rate, in the case of the Raixer Pro smart lock.
  3. Unlocking all opening methods unlimited. We don't charge you more based on the number of app users or the times you open the door using smart locks.
  4. Phone support. If you have any issues with Raixer, we offer a phone number in the app to call. We usually resolve the issue in that same call. They are usually related to wifi (modem or router turned off) or power (the device has been unplugged).
  5. Frequent app updates. The Raixer development team usually releases app updates every two weeks.
