With the opening of new offices, we needed a fast and practical method of managing access for a large number of employees.
In the other offices, we had a 24-hour doorman, so we didn't need to. If we hadn't solved the issue, we would have had to hand out keys or cards and keep the building door where the office is always open.
When evaluating other alternatives, it was key for us that the chosen one could be integrated into the company's management tools. All employees use telephone access, fully managed from the API.
By having telephone access, we don't need employees to use keys or have someone in charge of controlling access.
From the first contact with the Raixer team to the installation and integration with the management software we took two weeks.
We have automated a process that is normally manual and requires people to be pending on the subject. This saves us time to focus on the important challenges of the company.
