7. How to place an order
To purchase our Product, you must follow the online purchase procedure and click on the “Buy” button. After that, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order (the “Order Confirmation”).
We inform you that our Product requires installation by a technician. RAIXER does not perform the installation of the Product, so you must hire a technician to carry it out.
We recommend that you be present during the installation of the Product, be properly informed of how it works and make the necessary checks and/or questions to the technician to ensure that it works and thus be able to enjoy the Product from the first moment.
8. Price and payment
The price of our Product may vary. The price that appears on our Web at any given time and that is indicated to you during the purchase process (and always before the “Order Confirmation”) will be the one that will be charged to your bank account according to the selected payment method. Possible changes in the price of our Product will not affect those lost with respect to those to whom we have sent an Order Confirmation.
The prices on the Web include VAT, but exclude shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount due according to the chosen shipping method.
You can use Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal cards as a means of payment.
By clicking on the “Authorize Payment” button you are confirming that the credit card is yours. Credit cards will be subject to checks and authorizations by the issuing entity, but if that entity does not authorize the payment, we will not be responsible for any delay or failure to deliver and we will not be able to formalize any contract with you.
9. Delivery
Unless unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances occur, we will send you the Product within the period indicated on the Web according to the selected shipping method (this date may coincide with the date on which the RAXIER technician attends to the address indicated by you if you have chosen our pack) and, in any case, within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation.
If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option to proceed with the purchase by establishing a new delivery date or to cancel the order with a full refund of the price paid.
For the purposes of these Conditions, it will be understood that the "delivery" has taken place or that the order has been "delivered" at the moment when you or a third party indicated by you acquires material possession of the Product, which will be accredited by signing the receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.
If we are unable to deliver your order, we will try to find a safe place to leave it. If we cannot find a safe place, your order will be returned to our warehouse. We will also leave a note explaining where your order is and how to have it sent again. If you are not going to be at the delivery location at the agreed time, please contact us to arrange delivery on another day.
In the event that 15 days have passed since your order is available for delivery and the order has not been delivered due to no cause attributable to RAIXER, we will understand that you wish to withdraw from the contract and we will consider it resolved. As a consequence of the resolution of the contract, we will return the payments received from you as soon as possible from the date on which we consider the contract resolved. Please be aware that the transport derived from the resolution may have an additional cost, for which we will be authorized to pass on the corresponding costs to you.
The risks of the Product will be your responsibility from the moment of delivery. You will acquire ownership of the Product when we receive full payment of all amounts due in relation to it, including shipping costs, if this were to take place at a later time.
10. Installation requirements
To carry out the installation of the Raixer Intercom V1 device, the customer needs:
- Wifi coverage at the installation point
- A light source less than 1.5m away from the intercom.
If the light point is more than 1.5m away from the intercom, you will need to purchase a microUSB cable of the necessary length. The one included in the kit is 1.5m.
To carry out the installation of Raixer Gyro, it is necessary that the door has a double cam lock to always have the option of opening the door with a key from the outside.
10.1. Installation Service
Raixer does not offer the installation service for its products. This service must be contracted with an independent technician. Raixer offers a warranty on the Product and is not responsible for installations.
11. Technical Support Service
RAIXER continuously monitors (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) its servers, the App and the rest of the technological infrastructure in order to guarantee its correct operation and availability. Incidents that prevent the opening of the lock may have their origin in (i) an installation defect or (ii) a failure of the device itself.
11.1 Incidents attributable to the installation
- When the probable cause of the incident is a defect in the installation, the customer may request, within RAIXER's working hours and subject to availability, a free remote assistance session. In this session, a RAIXER technician will guide the customer in identifying the problem and applying the appropriate corrective measures.
- Depending on the geographical location of the property, the client may hire —with additional cost and subject to availability of installers— a face-to-face review of the installation.
11.2 Incidents attributable to the device
- If the incident is due to a manufacturing defect and the device is within the warranty period, RAIXER will send a replacement device free of charge.
- To process the replacement, the customer must send an email to hello@raixer.com or a WhatsApp message to +34 910 381 221, indicating description of the fault and proof of purchase.
- In case of reasonable doubt about the origin of the incident, RAIXER may request the prior completion of a remote assistance session in accordance with section 11.1.
11.3 Conditions and service hours
- Technical support is provided from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 17:00 CET, except national holidays and vacation periods.
- As long as technicians are available, queries can be resolved at the time of the call; however, it is recommended to schedule a prior appointment to guarantee the provision of the service.
- RAIXER reserves the right to modify the schedules and/or conditions of the support service, publishing these modifications on the Web.
12. Return Policy
You have 30 days to return your lock from the date of purchase. We will indicate the address where you must send it. Once received, we will proceed to refund the amount paid, except for shipping costs.
12.1. Right of withdrawal
If you are contracting as a consumer and user, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 natural days without justification.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 natural days from the day you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the Product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify RAIXER at the address Raixer Tech S.L., Moreno Nieto 2, 28005 Madrid, Madrid, Spain at the telephone number +34 910 381 221 by writing to the email address hello@raixer.com, your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by postal or electronic mail).
You may use the withdrawal form template that appears as an Annex to these Conditions, although its use is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise of this right by you is sent before the corresponding deadline expires. Once you have notified RAXIER of your decision to withdraw from the contract under the terms established in this clause, we will indicate the details of how to proceed (for example, we will inform you about the address where you must return the product, etc.).
In case of withdrawal on your part, we will return to you all payments received from you including, where applicable, delivery costs (with the exception of additional expenses resulting from your choice of a different delivery method to the least expensive ordinary delivery method that we offer), without undue delay and, in any case, at the latest 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the refund using the same payment method used by you for the initial transaction, unless you indicate otherwise, specifying the payment method through which you wish us to make the refund. You will not incur any expense as a consequence of the refund. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may retain the refund until we have received the Product, or until you have provided proof of return of the same, whichever condition is met first.
Please note that the direct costs relating to the return (for example, the cost of returning the Product to the address we indicate) will be borne by you.
If you have any doubts, you can contact us through our contact channels or by calling the phone number +34 910 381 221.
12.2. Returns of defective products
In cases where you consider that at the time of delivery the Product does not conform to the terms of the contract, you must contact us immediately through our contact channels providing the product data as well as the damage it suffers, or by calling the telephone number +34 910 381 221 where we will indicate the procedure to follow.
The product will be at the disposal of a courier that we will send to your home when you request the collection. We will carefully examine the returned product and will communicate to you by e-mail within a reasonable period whether a refund or replacement is in order (if applicable). The refund or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible from the date on which we send you an e-mail confirming that the refund or replacement of the non-conforming item is in order, if applicable.
The amounts paid for those products that are returned due to some defect, when it really exists, will be fully reimbursed, including the delivery costs incurred to deliver the Product and the costs you would have incurred to return it to us. The refund will be made in the same means of payment used to pay for the purchase.
In any case, the rights recognized by current legislation are saved.
13. Legal Guarantee
If you are contracting as a consumer and user, we offer you guarantees on the Product that we market through this Web in the legally established terms for said product, responding, therefore, for the lack of conformity of the same that manifests within a period of two years from the delivery of the product.
It is understood that the Product is in conformity with the contract as long as (i) it conforms to the description made by us and has the qualities that we have presented on this Web, (ii) it is suitable for the uses to which products of the same type are ordinarily intended, and (iii) it presents the quality and habitual features of a product of the same type that are reasonably expected. In this sense, if the Product is not in conformity with the contract, you must notify us following the procedure detailed in section 9.2 above and through any of the communication channels provided for this purpose.
14. Liability
AS WE HAVE INDICATED TO YOU PREVIOUSLY, THE RISKS OF THE PRODUCT WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO YOU FROM THE MOMENT OF DELIVERY. YOU ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE USE YOU MAKE OF THE PRODUCT. WE RECOMMEND YOU FOLLOW THE PRODUCT USE RECOMMENDATIONS INDICATED THROUGHOUT THESE CONDITIONS. RAIXER WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE AT ANY TIME FOR DAMAGES DERIVED FROM THE USE YOU MAKE OF THE PRODUCT THAT MAY BE CAUSED TO YOU OR TO THIRD PARTIES.
EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RAIXER'S LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT.
15. Jurisdiction and applicable law
The use of our Website and the purchase contracts of the Product through this Website will be governed by Spanish legislation. Any controversy that arises or is related to the use of the Website or such contracts will be submitted to the courts and tribunals of the Community of Madrid.
If you are contracting as a consumer, nothing in this clause will affect the rights that the current legislation recognizes you as such. We inform you that in case of controversy, the consumer may go to the European platform for the resolution of consumer disputes facilitated by the European Commission at the following address.
