This Privacy and Cookies Policy establishes the basis on which RAXIER TECH, S.L (hereinafter, “RAIXER” or “the Data Controller”), with headquarters at Calle Ferraz 17, 2D 28008, Madrid processes your personal data when you provide it to us during your experience through the website www.raixer.com (hereinafter, “the Web”), the mobile application or Raixer app, understood as the computer application designed to be executed on smart phones or Smartphone, tablets and other mobile devices (hereinafter, “the App”).

Each time you use the Web or the App, you provide us or we need to access any type of information that, due to its characteristics, allows us to identify you, such as your name and surname, email, billing addresses, phone number, credit or debit card number, IP address, etc. (hereinafter, “Personal Data“), will be under the application of this Privacy Policy in force at all times, and you must review this text to check that you are in compliance with it.

With whom do we share your personal data?

RAIXER will retain your personal data for the duration of the contractual relationship you have with us, and after the conclusion of that relationship for a maximum period of 5 years to meet future responsibilities.
