Opening methods
Ring to open
With the Auto Access function or ring to open, you define a time slot from your mobile phone in which the automatic door opener will open after pressing the doorbell. Your users don't need internet or phone. In fact, they just need their finger. Thus, you can allow access to the common areas of the building with zero friction for your users.
Missed call
Authorize your users' phone numbers to open the door with a missed call. Revoke their access whenever you want. The ideal compromise between ease of opening –your users just have to dial a number on their mobile– and security –only those phones you authorize will be able to open–. The best option for granting temporary access and less cumbersome than a lock with code. They will be able to open without installing apps. Yes, even with a Nokia 3310.

Installation of Raixer 12V
To install Raixer 12V, you will need basic knowledge of electricity. You must identify the ground, sensor, and pins of the opening button on the intercom connection strip. If you also want to operate the house door, you will need to pre-install an electric door opener or latch.
Requirements to install Raixer 12V
- A light point less than 1.5 meters from Raixer 12V. If your socket is further away, you can take one from the registry box (usually near the intercom).
- If you want to open the gate, an intercom or video door entry system that has a physical opening button.
- If you want to open the house door, an electric latch or door opener and an electric bolt (optional).
- An active Raixer 12V subscription.
Self-installation
You can install Raixer 12V on your own by following the installation instructions. You will only need a multimeter and basic knowledge of electricity. Your maintenance personnel can also do it.

Compatible Door Entry Systems
Raixer 12V uses the intercom inside the home to open the front door. Raixer 12V is compatible with any intercom or video door entry system that has a physical button to open. If your video door entry system is just a touch screen, unfortunately you won't be able to use Raixer 12V.

To open the door
Raixer 12V uses an electric latch or door opener to open the house door and does not replace your lock cylinder. The electric latch is a standard locksmithing part. It is installed on the door frame of the house; on the metal plate that is usually at the height of the door handle. It is the same part that buzzes at the entrance when you press the door opener button on the intercom.
You don't have to consider the type of lock profile (European, Swiss, round...).
If there is enough space in the frame of the house door to embed an electric latch or door opener between the studs and the latch, then you can connect it to the relay outputs of Intercom and open the door with the device.
To close the door
A Raixer 12V device can control an electric piston or bolt. In this way, you can control not only the opening but also the closing and stop using physical keys.
The piston or bolt is a standard locksmithing part that blocks the door. It has two parts: one that is drilled into the door frame and another that is installed on the door leaf.
The cylinder will remain intact after installing the electric latch and/or piston. However, note that if you close with a double turn, you won't be able to open the door using Raixer 12V.
The Raixer 12V kit does not include these parts.Theinstallersor a trusted locksmith can provide it to youand carry out the assembly on your home's door.
Subscriptions
To use your Raixer 12V device you need to have an active subscription. The subscription includes:
- Associated phone numberto each door to which you connect Raixer devices.
- Mobile data rate.
- Unlocking ofall opening methods unlimited. We don't charge you more based on the number of app users or the times you open the door using the smart locks.
- Phone support. If you have any issues with Raixer, we offer a phone number in the app to call. We usually resolve the issue on that same call. They are usually related to wifi (modem or router turned off) or power (the device has been unplugged).
- Frequent app updates. The Raixer development team usually releases app updates every two weeks.

As long as it is compatible, you can install it, just make sure the lock is double-cam to always have the possibility of opening with a key from the outside if any problem occurs.
You can use Raixer Gyro without paying a subscription only if you use it offline. The only way to open or close will be by making in-person openings via Bluetooth. You can give access to third parties who will have to download the app to open via Bluetooth.
Keep in mind that using Raixer Gyro in offline mode greatly limits its functions since it does not allow you to open the door remotely.
The ratio of subscriptions to devices is 1 to 1. That is, each device needs an active subscription. Therefore, if you need 2 Raixer devices, you will need 2 active subscriptions. An exception is the case of installing Raixer Pro to control a Raixer Gyro as we explain in the following question.
In this case, Raixer Gyro would be in offline mode and would be controlled via Bluetooth through Raixer Mini. That is, in this configuration, only Raixer Mini would pay subscription, allowing Raixer Gyro to have all the paid features.
Yes, Raixer Gyro includes a 3-month trial period. During this period, you can connect the device to the internet and use all its functions without paying a subscription.
You won't pay the subscription until you have your device up and running. You have 3 months to try all its functions. Today you only buy the hardware. If you have chosen the monthly subscription, we will charge the subscription every month on your card. If you have chosen the annual subscription, we will charge you every year.
Yes. You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. The service will remain active until the remaining days are over. For example, if you unsubscribe on the 10th, you will have service for another 20 days. On the 31st, you will no longer be subscribed and will not have service.
