Requirements to install Raixer Mini
- WiFi coverage at the installation point.
- A power outlet less than 1.5 meters from Raixer Mini. If your outlet is further away, you can take one from the registry box (usually near the intercom) or use a longer microUSB cable.
- If you want to open the gate, an intercom or video door entry system that has a physical opening button.
- If you want to open the door of the dwelling, an electric door lock or door opener. Or you can use a Raixer Gyro.
- An active Raixer Mini subscription.

🪛 Self-installation
To install Raixer Mini, you will need a multimeter and basic knowledge of electricity. You will need to identify the ground, the doorbell, and the opening button on the intercom connection strip. If you also want to operate the house door with Raixer Mini, you will need to pre-install an electric door opener or lock. Another simpler option is to use Raixer Gyro.
You can install Raixer Mini on your own by following the installation instructions. Your maintenance personnel can also do it.
Compatible Door Entry Systems
Raixer Mini uses the intercom inside the dwelling to open the front door. Raixer Mini is compatible with any intercom or video door entry system that has a physical button to open. If your video door entry system is just a touch screen, unfortunately you won't be able to use Raixer Mini

Compatible doors
Raixer Mini uses an electric latch or door opener to open the house door and does not replace your lock cylinder. The electric latch is a standard locksmithing part. It is installed on the door frame of the house; on the metal plate that is usually at the height of the door handle. It is the same part that buzzes at the entrance when you press the opening button on the intercom.
You don't have to consider the type of lock profile (European, Swiss, round...).
If there is enough space in the home door frame to fit an electric latch or door opener between the bolts and the latch, then you can connect it to the Raixer Mini relay outputs and open the door with the device.
The Raixer Mini kit does not include this part. The installers or a trusted locksmith can provide it to you and perform the assembly on your home's door.

As long as it is compatible, you can install it, just make sure the lock is double-cam to always have the possibility of opening with a key from the outside if any problem occurs.
You can use Raixer Gyro without paying a subscription only if you use it offline. The only way to open or close will be by making in-person openings via Bluetooth. You can give access to third parties who will have to download the app to open via Bluetooth.
Keep in mind that using Raixer Gyro in offline mode greatly limits its functions since it does not allow you to open the door remotely.
The ratio of subscriptions to devices is 1 to 1. That is, each device needs an active subscription. Therefore, if you need 2 Raixer devices, you will need 2 active subscriptions. An exception is the case of installing Raixer Pro to control a Raixer Gyro as we explain in the following question.
In this case, Raixer Gyro would be in offline mode and would be controlled via Bluetooth through Raixer Mini. That is, in this configuration, only Raixer Mini would pay subscription, allowing Raixer Gyro to have all the paid features.
Yes, Raixer Gyro includes a 3-month trial period. During this period, you can connect the device to the internet and use all its functions without paying a subscription.
You won't pay the subscription until you have your device up and running. You have 3 months to try all its functions. Today you only buy the hardware. If you have chosen the monthly subscription, we will charge the subscription every month on your card. If you have chosen the annual subscription, we will charge you every year.
Yes. You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. The service will remain active until the remaining days are over. For example, if you unsubscribe on the 10th, you will have service for another 20 days. On the 31st, you will no longer be subscribed and will not have service.
