My Raixer Pro device appears offline, what could be happening?

This is a very common issue and is usually related to the power. In these cases, you can:

  1. Check the date and time of the last time your Raixer Pro was online in the app. You can do this from Device > History. This will give you a clue about the reason: was someone there at that time in the house? Did they perhaps unplug it?
  2. Check that there is power in the house. Also, that the device is connected to the power.
