Someone helps me with check-ins, what would be the best user configuration?
It's a very common case among our clients. The most used configuration would be:
- You as the owner of the devices. This way you can change the billing information and the payment method.
- The person who helps you as an Administrator. They'll be able to add and remove authorized phones as well as open doors from the app.
For security reasons, we don't recommend sharing with this person your Raixer account credentials.
