1. Receive a reservation
Booking data will be loaded into Raixer automatically by connecting your PMS. You can also add them manually in 1 minute from the app or web.
2. Share the link
We generate a link for each reservation. You can send it to your guests via WhatsApp, email, etc. If you prefer, the link can be sent automatically.
3. Registration with the police
By entering the link, guests can take a photo of their passport or ID. The data is extracted automatically (OCR) and they can sign the registration form digitally. It is possible to attach an additional contract with the conditions of the stay.
4. Autonomous entry
Guests arriving from a foreign country may not have internet on their phones, but they will be able to open the front door and the apartment door by making a missed call.
5. Absolute control
You can check in the app if guests have arrived at the apartment and if they have completed the registration process with the police. If there is any problem, you can always open the doors from the app. Wherever you are.
