How does automatic check-in work?
Receive booking
Load the reservation information in the app: number of nights, guests, dates. You can also connect your PMS so that they are loaded automatically.
Share the link
Share the link with your guests so they can complete their data. They can open it on any mobile without needing an app, they can choose the language.
Signature in electronic form
By entering the link, guests can take a photo of their passport or ID. The data is extracted automatically (OCR) and they can sign the registration form digitally. It is possible to attach an additional contract with the conditions of the stay.
Submission to the police
The report is sent to the police without you having to do anything. You can see from the app how many guests have registered and how many are missing.
Autonomous arrival
Once they have registered you can share the arrival instructions with them. You can check in the app if the guests have arrived at the apartment and if they have completed the registration process with the police.
