Auto Access Calendar and Contingency Mode

I am Jon, CEO and founder of Raixer. Today we bring you a slightly different post: with new features of the app to open doors! Specifically this week we have launched the Auto Access Calendar and Contingency Mode. Two features highly demanded by our customers. Keep reading to learn more about how they work.

Unlimited automatic portal opening schedule

Until this update, our customers could schedule automatic portal openings in 6-hour slots. Now, with the new Auto Access Calendar, customers can define a start and end date and time. More flexibility for new use cases, for example:

• Airbnb hosts with a very high level of weekly check-ins can activate the automatic opening of the portal door in an unlimited way: for example, during the next month or the next year. Thus, they do not have to worry about scheduling Auto Access every time they receive a check-in from their guests.
• Offices and businesses located on floors. Thus, they will stop worrying about opening to visitors and will be able to focus on improving their company's sales.

Contingency Mode for wifi failures

The Intercom smart lock needs wifi to work. It is also true that modems and routers suffer from micro-cuts in the signal. This causes Raixer devices to disconnect and automatically reconnect once they have recovered the internet signal.

With the new Contingency Mode, Auto Access mode settings remain active in the device's memory - even if they lose the wifi signal.

In this way, Raixer customers can stop worrying about reprogramming automatic opening in their homes when these micro-cuts occur.
