App update: Authorized phone program and more

The new update of the Raixer app is ready so that our customers and users can have a more relaxed Holy Week managing key deliveries. Below we tell you about the new improvements we've launched:

Authorized phone program

The functionality of opening with a missed call of our smart lock is the most used to allow temporary access –for guests of tourist accommodations or package delivery–. From this update, you can program certain phone numbers to have permissions to open the portal and/or home by making a missed call.https://youtu.be/zuk1eud0WqgWith this new feature, we save a lot of time for tourist apartment managers. At the moment they receive the reservation in their OTA, they can authorize the phone number of their guests during their stay period.In addition, this operation is also available for our API users.

Other improvements

In addition, we've added other functionalities:

• New door configuration option: pick up to open. With this functionality, you can open any automatic door with your mobile. Yay!
• New door phone functionalities
• User Interface Improvements
• Bug fixes and stability improvements

If you want to start using these features, you can buy your smart Wi-Fi lock and forget about key delivery. Or, if you already have one of our devices, just update the app from your update store.
