In general, Airbnb Plus ad participants have the following improvements included:

1. Accommodations with the Plus badge must offer a private bedroom –at least–. And it must include:

3. A slatted bed base or bed frame
4. Top sheet, bottom sheet, bedspread and bedspread to fit the bed

Decoration

• Show your personality in the decoration.
• Leave enough free space to walk around
• Include photographs or decorative prints that reflect it.
• Everything is tidy: from cupboards or countertops to tables.
• Hide cables from the guest's view.

Equipment

• Place a paper guide of the tourist accommodation and your contact details in view of the host.
• Hire a high-speed wifi internet service (greater than 5Mbps)
• Have at least one TV tuned in and with Netflix or other video streaming services

Cleaning

• Keep your garden perfectly maintained.

Comfort

• Have firm mattresses with clean and soft sheets for your guests
• The bathrooms have two sets of towels per guest
• Leave at least one wardrobe or dresser with hangers free
